This Policy describes what data the website cloud-delight.ru (the "Site") collects, how it is used, and what rights you have. The Site is owned by a self-employed individual, Gordeev Vitaly Sergeevich (Гордеев Виталий Сергеевич) (INN 631218094886), acting under Federal Law No. 422-FZ "On the Professional Income Tax". By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Definitions
Operator — Gordeev Vitaly Sergeevich (Гордеев Виталий Сергеевич), INN 631218094886, self-employed, owner of the Site cloud-delight.ru.
User — any visitor to the Site.
Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified individual (Art. 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
Cookies — small pieces of data that the Site stores in the User's browser to support technical functions and analytics.
Site — cloud-delight.ru and all of its subdomains.
2. Data we collect
We do not collect from Users: full name, phone number, home address, passport details, or photographs.
When registering on the forum (the forum, resource catalog, and server monitoring), the User provides an email address, a login name, and a display nickname; the password is stored only as an irreversible hash. While the User is signed in, the IP address, session cookies, and visit times are processed for sign-in, protection against password guessing, spam, and attacks. Everything the User publishes personally (messages, topics, resources, reviews, profile content) becomes publicly available at the User's own will.
When the Site is visited, the following is processed automatically:
- IP address
- browser and operating system data
- the referring page address (referrer)
- pages viewed and time spent on them
- technical cookies (Django session, CSRF token), which are needed for the cart to work and for protection against request forgery
When placing an order, the User provides an email address, to which the purchased digital product or download link is sent.
Payment details (card number, account details) are processed exclusively by the YooKassa payment service (NBCO YuMoney LLC). This data is not transmitted to the Site and is not stored by us.
The cart stores the selected products in the browser session, without being linked to a person.
3. How we use data
- Technical cookies: so that the cart and checkout work.
- Email: to deliver the paid digital product to you and, if necessary, to contact you about the order.
- Yandex.Metrica data (IP address, browser, behavior, click map, session replay): to analyze traffic and improve the Site. Details: Metrica terms of use.
- Собственный сервис статистики посещений Umami: размещён на нашем сервере, работает без cookies, данные третьим лицам не передаются.
- VK Ads pixel data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, the fact of forum registration): to measure and tune advertising on VK.
We do not use your data for advertising mailings and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is carried out under clause 5, part 1, Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ: performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (the public offer on the Site).
Technical data is collected through Metrica and the VK Ads pixel under clause 7, part 1, Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, to pursue the Operator's legitimate interests (analytics of Site performance).
The User gives consent to processing at the moment of using the Site.
For forum account data, the legal basis is the User's consent (clause 1, part 1, Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ): the User gives it by a separate checkbox at registration and may withdraw it by deleting the account or by writing to the Operator.
5. Data recipients
- YooKassa (NBCO YuMoney LLC) accepts payments. The email address and order amount are transmitted. YooKassa policy: yookassa.ru/legal.
- Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC) collects anonymized analytics. The IP address, browser data, and actions on pages are transmitted.
- VK Ads (VK LLC): the Top@Mail.ru pixel for measuring advertising. The IP address, browser data, pages viewed, and the registration event are transmitted.
- Government authorities of the Russian Federation: only in cases expressly provided for by law and only upon an official request.
- Data is not transferred or sold to any other persons.
6. Storage and retention of data
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation in accordance with part 5, Art. 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Email and order information are stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and for tax accounting under Federal Law No. 422-FZ, but no longer than 4 years from the date of the order.
Cookies are stored in the User's browser for the period set by the browser (usually up to 1 year) and may be deleted by the User at any time.
Metrica data is stored in accordance with Yandex's policy.
Forum account data is stored while the account exists and for up to 1 year after its deletion; security logs (IP address, actions) are stored for up to 1 year. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies
The Site uses the following types of cookies:
- technical: Django session, CSRF token. The Site does not work correctly without them.
- analytical: Yandex.Metrica cookies.
- advertising: VK Ads pixel cookies (Top@Mail.ru).
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Site functions (cart, checkout) will then stop working.
To opt out of Metrica, you can use the official Yandex extension.
8. Your rights
Under Art. 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:
- obtain information about which of your data is being processed
- demand that your data be clarified, blocked, or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained
- withdraw consent to processing
To exercise these rights, write to cloud.delight@yandex.ru describing your request. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may apply to Roskomnadzor, the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (rkn.gov.ru).
9. Security
The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, blocking, copying, and dissemination.
Data transmission between the User's browser and the Site is protected by the HTTPS protocol.
The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained access to the User's device.
10. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may amend the Policy. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site.
The current version is always available at cloud-delight.ru/en/privacy-policy/ (Russian version: cloud-delight.ru/privacy-policy/).
By continuing to use the Site after changes, you agree to the new version.
